Playing Games on Your Mobile Device
Everyone has a mobile device these days. Even my 72 year old dad has a smart phone and plays games on it. Many parents I know buy their kids tablets because there are so many neat apps for learning for all ages.
To keep kids occupied while on road trips or airplane rides a mobile device is great. Kids can play games or watch shows or listen to music to stay entertained for longer periods.
For adults who are passengers in a car, or on a plane, bus or train and looking to pass time you can play Candy Crush Soda Saga to pass the time. This game is so much fun, and very addicting!
Candy Crush Soda Saga believes in delivering a high-quality, user-friendly game. This new fizzy adventure will instantly quench your thirst for fun! Join Kimmy and Tiffi in this brand new game with new candies, modes, and challenges to test your puzzling skills! This game is Sodalicious!
Catching up on Reading
Stop at your local library or order up some of those books you have been wanting to read and catch up on some reading while traveling.
Grabbing some magazines at a gas station or at a kiosk at the airport can also help pass time when traveling. I usually have a stack of them at home from monthly magazine subscriptions that I never find time to read.
Watch TV or Movies on a Mobile Device
Did you miss a whole season of your favorite show and have been looking for a great time to catch up? Well why not use the boring part of your travels to do just that.
Movies, TV shows or even just watching all the YouTube videos that you’ve never had time to watch. Also a great way to keep the kids entertained if they have their own mobile devices.
Catching up on Sleep
Sometimes the few days before one travels can be filled with a ton of work and packing and just all that goes into preparing to be gone. That usually means a lack of sleep for most.
Take a much needed nap while in the car, or on a plane, train or bus. Catching up on sleep can help you be wide awake for the fun part of the travels, like sight seeing and adventure.
Tie up Business Loose Ends
If you are like me and your trip is a last minute one, then you might want to spend your time while traveling to tie up business loose ends. Replying to emails, reaching out to potential clients or customers, scheduling social posts or doing research for upcoming stories or business things.
No matter what you do to pass the time, keep in mind that every second of travel isn’t going to be all about fun so figuring out what might fit into your down time and just relaxing and enjoy being on vacation.
